As we approach the end of another year, it’s a good moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate. We are reminded once again how important health, family, friendships, and community truly is. These are gifts we should never take for granted, especially in a world that continues to shift around us.
2025 has been a challenging year — not because of a lack of effort, but because the travel landscape has placed enormous pressure on all sides. From the growing number of workflows required to manage bookings, to the complexities each of you navigate daily with your own clients, the pace and demands have been relentless.
At the same time, we’ve seen sales beginning to slow and now more than ever, it’s essential to return to the fundamentals that built your businesses:
Just as we, at head office, make it a priority to visit all our ITCs annually, face-to-face engagement remains one of your strongest business tools. You never truly know what your clients are thinking unless you sit with them, listen, and re-strengthen the human connection.
Looking ahead to 2026, we have exciting developments on the horizon. Our technology roadmap — especially the launch of our online tool — will transform workflows and reduce friction in ways we’ve been dreaming about for years. This won’t just change how you work, it will open creative opportunities to reinvent how you sell your services, position your expertise, and grow your business.
As we enter the festive season, I want to thank each of you for your resilience, loyalty, and commitment. Despite the challenges, you continue to show up for your clients and are valued members of our eTravel Family that we do not take for granted.
We cannot wait to grow, learn, innovate, and spend more time with all of you in 2026.

I’m Jean-Luke Adonis, and I’m excited to be part of the team as a Finance Administrator. I hold a BCom General Degree and have spent the past year gaining experience in the field.
Outside of my work hours, I’ve turned my passion for music and dance into a business venture by running my own DJ company, which has been a fantastic creative outlet for me.
In my free time, I love exploring the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, fishing, or walking the dogs. I look forward to getting to know all of you and contributing to our team’s success!
Congratulations to Nadia Joubert on being awarded eHolidays Employee of the Year!
Nadia joined the team in July 2022 and brings her bubbly, positive energy to the office every day.
We asked Nadia what makes her smile at work, and here’s what she said:

For those who couldn’t make it here are some updates.
After the first rain, summer is definitely here!
The bush is coming alive with green shoots, flowers, migratory birds returning from their European holiday, dung beetles emerging from hibernation and the first impala lambs starting to drop.
Now is one of the best times to spend time in the bush, around a fire with family and friends.
In September 2025, eTravel were recognised as one of Turkish Airlines top supporting agencies over the last decade. Here’s to the next 10 years of flying high together!
Etihad Award function held at the Marriott, Melrose Arch on the 4th December. Albert attended on behalf of eTravel. eTravel received an award for outstanding contribution.
